Bio:

Nicole Hartman, MPH, is a Clinical Research Senior Project Manager at the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Jefferson Health, where she leads the Recruitment Enhancement Services team. She specializes in participant recruitment for oncology clinical trials, with expertise in developing successful recruitment strategies from the feasibility stage through accrual closure. Nicole partners closely with investigators, study teams, and site stakeholders to develop practical recruitment approaches that reflect real-world clinic workflows and patient access pathways. Her work also includes significant connectivity to the community, where she builds awareness and engagement around clinical trials to help connect eligible participants with research opportunities. Nicole is committed to improving cancer outcomes through clear planning, coordinated execution, and patient-centered outreach strategies for clinical research.
