Xoli Belgrave

Bio:

Xoli Belgrave is an experienced biopharmaceutical leader with more than 25 years of practice spanning clinical operations, global project management, patient innovation, training, organizational development, and corporate strategy. In her role as Vice President, Account Development at Transformative Pharmaceutical Solutions (TPS), she partners with pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients to develop strategic solutions that support patients, sponsors, and site teams throughout the clinical development lifecycle. 

Prior to joining TPS, Xoli held senior leadership roles at Parexel in Patient Strategy and Drug Development Services, where she led cross-functional expert teams focused on advancing innovative treatments for patients. Her work has included building collaborative service models, aligning multidisciplinary stakeholders, and translating complex development challenges into practical, patient-centered strategies. 

Across her career, Xoli has been recognized for bringing together scientific insight, operational discipline, and organizational change expertise to help teams improve delivery, strengthen engagement, and remain focused on meaningful outcomes for patients and communities. 

Xoli holds a BSc (Honours) degree in Medical Biochemistry from Brunel University, an MSc in Neuroscience from King’s College London, and a certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Massachusetts. She is currently a Doctorate Candidate in Organizational Change at Hult Ashridge. 

Based in the UK, Xoli brings a global perspective to her work and lives happily with her husband and two adult children.  She cannot be trusted with pets or plants.
